Together we worked on XR products like Tvori, StoryboardVR, Microsoft Maquette, MomentXR and at companies like Meta, Microsoft, Dell Technologies and Autodesk. Now we are building a freemium SaaS XR product shaping the future of spatial design. 

The Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B SaaS Marketing Director focused on generating high-quality leads for the sales team. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to attract ICP leads that will convert into customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition. They will be instrumental in driving the growth of both our free and paid user bases, while also developing compelling case studies and marketing collaborations with our clients.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop growth strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, etc.) and conversion rate optimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies in achieving their defined objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to leverage brand, increase customer base, and improve customer experience.

Content and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation of marketing content tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

Budget Management:

  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels. Closely monitoring ROI. 

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number and quality of leads generated.
  • Conversion rate of leads.
  • Cost per lead and overall ROI of lead generation activities.
  • Engagement metrics for lead generation campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Best-practice knowledge of SEO, Website, Social Media, Blog, Google Ads, and Hubspot.
  • Proven track record owning the entire marketing function to drive company goal attainment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with XR software and/or design software
  • Previous work with product-led-growth and/or freemium strategies
